Custom built stage
The concept for this stage was designed by Alex Vicente. When Alex first showed me his idea I wasn’t sure it was possible…Floating extruded plexiglass bars with programmable LED lighting inside them above a circular stage?? After quite a bit of R&D work I finally figured out a way to achieve his desired look. The stage broke apart into 4 pieces and could be assembled in under 2 hours. The base of the unit was made from CNC’d wood with a brushed aluminum finish and a plexiglass milk screen in the front that had an LED panel behind it. The floating plexiglass components are actually laser cut milk plexiglass pieces glued together to create the extruded look. Powder coated steel frames support the bars allowing the wiring to be run through them for a seamless look. All lighting and programming was done by Alex Vicente.
